As a new employee in the government health sector, Sri Lanka, I started publishing this blog. This is a result of my average experience on blogging and the interest to publish some needed information on my field. Also I hope it's a productive expense of my leisure time, and a way to make use of a skill, I gained in my university days, although it is not my subject.
